The worst service ever! I mean it doesn't get worse than this! I go in for car accident bc someone hit my parked car... they said it was going to take 4 days max, they took 10 days. When I go get the "fixed" car, there are scratches and other problems with the car that weren't there before. They promised to fix it even though it was unrelated to the accident. I wait another 4 days to get some simple fixes. When I get my car all is fixed yet my battery won't turn on. Then I noticed they messed up the door censor and it's been broken all along leaving the car with all lights on and no battery. A door that had nothing to do with the accident.... how did they break something completely unrelated? I'm furious and waiting for them to finish the job. This is 3rd day I miss over this mess and it's still not fixed.

I had my car serviced here because geico sent told me they were good.



When i picked up my car, there was a rattling sound in the back. Something was loose, but the body shop told me nothing was wrong with the car and i would have to take it to toyota to have it diagnosed to find out what was loose. Apparently, the mechanic could not figure out the rattling. It was up to me, to waste my time, and my money to figure out what was wrong with the car so they could fix it.



These people are a joke. They just throw a bandaid on your car and hope you dont notice.



Do yourself a favor and take your money and car somewhere where they will actually fix your car.

The turn around time was very fast and the results were amazing for a tri coat pearlized paint. Geico is on sight at the shop with a unlimited warranty for all work done. Thanks again for a job up and above the average 5 Stars for sure.

My car was in this body shop for front bumper and left front head light replacement . The head light was not instlled properly. I could have done the paint job better myself. The interior of the car was covered with black smudges of some sort. The pain was oversprayed and you can clearly see difference in the areas where the tape was installed. The mirror was also sprayed with paint. Some rubber covers and seal covers were missing or teared out when the tape was removed. I could not believe that the Geico inspector accepted the job and signed. I am very disappointed with the body shop and with Geico.

How do you mess up bondo and paint on a car. Well they figured out a way to do do that TWICE! All I has was a minor fender bender that left a small hole on my bumper and two dents on my trunk, two weeks later and I still don't have my car!
