I also bought their group on... And i even did some research to see what their ratings were and also to get some customer feedback. It seemed alright... But when i went there to get the alignment and oil change, they told me i needed to get the balancing done too, an extra 30.00 cost! But that's fine because sometimes cars do need that, so i accepted the charge. Then the manager walked in and told me, "Come here for a second i want to show you something", as we walked to the back he told me that my less than 30,000 miles car needed a replacement bolt for the steering. I asked how much? and he said about 100.00. I asked if it was going to affect the alignment and he told me no, so i said that i would just hold off. Thinking he was just trying to up sell me extra work, i thought to myself it was whatever as long as i didn't give it. However when i drove of the repair shop i noticed the car had a slight pull to the left. I went back a few days later and asked if they could take a look at the alignment again. They refused to and told me that it was due to that bolt and that it was going to cost me about 150.00. What a bunch of scammers, i knew it was way too good to be true. They didn't event look at the alignment, maybe they did make a mistake and that's why the alignment was of. Businesses like this with uneducated employees don't know the value of customer service. In today's world, customers need to be treated better and they sure don't know how to do that. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Thank you to Perez Autoworks team for taking care of my car once again. My 2006 audi A3 clutch went bad after 6 months they rebuilt my trani and installed an FX350 clutch. Luis Perez (shop owner) did not charge me a single penny for diagnosing the problem and bringing the trani down as many times as needed. Only had to pay the company I purschased the clutch from for a new clutch because I did not have any warranty. What a great family owned business, never seen anything like it. They also fixed my 2001 mustang GT master pump a out 3 years ago,my girlfriend Eclipse for brakes, tires and aligment and my company vehicle for oil change all the time. I feel my family and I are safe on the road because Perez Autoworks. Thank you for finding a way to help, even on times when I am in tight budget.....��������������������������������

I don't agree with Andre R I went there for a alignment I previously had a alignment at a competitor an was still wearing out tires. They showed me on their computerized screen that I needed 2 bolts in my steering. I agreed to that along with the alignment. I had gotten 4 new tires at BJ's and my car has never felt so good on the road it is straight and doesn,t wear out tire I would go there again!

I hardly ever write Yellow Pages reviews, but the experience I;ve had with Perez Auto Works has been so superior that I just had to let everyone in the Miami area know! Dealing with Luis & Jose Perez and the professional Auto-Team is one of the greatest I have ever had with Auto repair businesses! And I have been taking cars in for repairs for over 30+ years and have done them all PepBoys (peep-boys), GoodYear, Firestone, the Dealers (rip-off), private mom and pops...tried them THEM all! But look at the difference at Perez - The staff is always professional and pleasant - they run a full diagnostic on my car (s); explained their recommendations clearly and also detailed the charges for each item - them they even worked with me on the high-end parts (Dealer-Only parts). They only charge for what's needed - I feel taken-care of and more importantly I feel safer after they work on my car(s)

I have not have this type of courteous and professional service in a long time; It 's refreshing and my car(s) receive excellent service. I am SO glad I found Perez Auto Works - They explained everything that they will do and I walked out assured of a quality services job that I was getting...also saved hundreds (re:previously gone to several shops in the area). By the way these guys know their Cars! So far I have taken-in my wife's Mini-Cooper S, my Mercedes E320 Wagon, daughter's Lexus300RX, son's Dodge RAM and the family Nissan Marano.

Bottom Line: If you want excellent service with Mechanics that know what they're doing and at a very fair price - call Luis or Jose at Perez Auto Works with confidence.

I took my Ford Explorer to Perez auto because of some front end noises and on the highway it didn't feel safe to drive. I am so glad I did. Not only does my baby now feel like its brand new again and enjoyable to drive again, but I saved a lot of my hard earned money! I liked the following: They looked over the car for free, they made a list of things i need to have done by importance, they showed me each of the items on the car and why it needs replacing. Many of the parts I could clearly see were way beyond their prime. I love that they are next to Bird Bowling alley. I didn't have a ride so I basically hung out and bowled and brought my laptop because they have free wifi. These guys are a gem to find in Miami. Service A+, Price A+, Honesty Factor A+. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic in Miami who's quick, knows their stuff, and inexpensive!

Perez Auto Works did a great job getting my Ford Windstar back on the road during my vacation to Miami from Cleveland Ohio. We were able to enjoy a few frames of bowling next door while they repaired my cracked rear axel. Thanks to Perez auto works for saving my vacation.

I will always take my car to Perez Auto Work they found the problem right away, they also did a few adjustment the price was reasonable, people are friendly Iwas very satisfy with the work they did I will recomended to my friends and family. Very honest people. I will go back

Perez Auto Works is like having a Doctor in the family for your Car or Truck. I will NEVER take my truck to the dealer or anywhere else for that matter. I took my Ford F-250 7.3 Diesel there for a fuel leak. The dealer and 2 other auto shops said they need to replace the fuel filter housing costing me also $1000. I took it to Luis at Perez Auto Works. He determined it to be a simple gasket and filter change. These people are honest and trustworthy. I can honestly say i will send all my friends and family to Perez Auto Works for all their auto repair needs

I can't ask for anything more than the exceptional service I always get when I take my Infiniti in for service not only from the employees but also the manager Luis...Besides the service, I always get a good price that I don't get anywhere else.

Found a coupon online for an oil change. Completed all scheduled maintenance for 1/3 the price of the dealer and 1/2 the price at Sears. Trust worthy and honest - completed a diagnostics check to find my catalytic converter was gone. Sent me to buy the part at cost because their vendor couldn't have one delivered by the end of the day and completed my exhaust work for a 1 hour labor charge. Good business seeming like they need good customers, but they got me hooked. As long as I have the cash and don't have to use my Sears card I'll be back for sure.
