I appreciate the kindness that they have shown me through the process of debt settlement and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get out of debt from payday loans. There were days; whereas, fear gripped my heart. But, they and Beth were right there to guide me through.



If there was ever a time that I had to leave a message; as of today, I never waited over 15 minutes for Beth to contact me. I can't express what it meant to me for them to be so prompt.

It was a hard and rough time I saw myself going through. It's like they say bad things happen in 3. On top of all my problems all my $$$ was going to pay off my payday loan debt. This company is great bc they don't charge any fees until they settle each loan. And their fee is cheaper than what i was paying my lenders. They also have a good customer service department that answered questions i had throughout the process. I highly recommend them for a payday loan consolidation

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had three payday loans and decided to give this company a try. They got great reviews and a high rating with the Better Business Bureau so I thought they were legitimate. The first issue I had with them is that I set up a date in which they were supposed to debit my account, and they never debited on that date for TWO months. Then when they were not supposed to debit, they debited overdrawing my account each time. My second issue was that we agreed on an amount and they took more than the agreed amount. When I called to ask why they did this, they could not directly answer the question. I did everything that was required of me by this company and they did not keep their word. I did not appreciate they way they handled me as a paying customer. When I first signed up with Payday Loan Debt Assistance, I gave them accurate amounts of my debts and they purposely waited until I owed my debtors more under the guise of "you have to accumulate funds." If there is a discrepancy in the amount you originally give them and the amount your debtor say that you owe, then they send out a verification of debt form to your debtor and if the debtor says you owe more, then the amount of your payment goes up and they do not notify you of the change in payment amount. It was a mess and needless to say, my debtors ended up settling with me for much lower amounts than they supposedly negotiated for. I would not recommend using this company. Just stick it out and pay your debtors because you end up paying Payday Loan Debt Assistance for nothing!!! It is a complete and total waste of money. I know it may be tough, but your debtors will break your payments up and make it easier to pay them. Trust me when I tell you this is the honest to God truth!!!

Finally,a company that does what they say. I got stuck in the payday loan trap. Instead of loosing , Im finally winning again with there help. They helped me throughout the 9 months and at the end, my loans were negotiated to a lesser amount. I would highly recommend there services.

I don't know how I would have gotten out from these payday loans without their help. They got great settlements and did not charge any fees for settlement until each loan was settled. I would highly recommend if you're stuck in the payday loan trap.

I have utilized this company to get out of my payday loan debt. Once I enrolled i was advise that they were going to have the lenders stop calling me and that was not the case. They called me 24/7 and contacted me at work wich is somthing that i was advise they were not able to do. Anyhow, what really killed me was when i noticed that i did not hav any funds saved in the account that they ask you to open. I was then explained that they take out their money upfront first which is 30% and then start to negotiatite on my behalf. Well i could do this program on my own and save me the percentage that they charge. This program sucks!
