New York Nails

I got nails done there and as soon as I walked out the store the acrylics started popping of. I'm also disappointed in the fact that it cost me 36 dollars just for a simple acrylic with no design or gel when it used to be less than 20.

Went to get a gel manicure and it didnt even last two days the nail polish peeled right off also my sister got acrylics and the nail fail off 3 days later! Horrible service

The tech I got was so rude and unprofessional. There were gaps and bumps on my nails and he cut me with the cuticle remover. I removed the gel the next day. Horrible service!

I LOVE this nail salon. I love the way they do my nails and the fact that it is a family owned business. the BEST EVER pedicures.. like seriously!

The staff is not friendly. One of them down right rude. Had my nails done. Took forever and they did not last. What a disappointment.

They have the best nail techs ever , i have been to other nail salons and my nails never come out as good ! They re really friendly . I heard they will be remodeling soon !! The place is big and clean ! I highly recommend everyone !!!!!

Everybody is a dollar sign instead of a valued customer here. Years ago, when the location was small and shabby, the staff cared about their clients and the needs of healthy manicured nails, each technician took their time to preform nails services. Now that the location ha expanded, they are horrible! They don't remember faces, they don't take suggestions or care about the comfort and personal needs of the customers. I will never recommend or go to NY nails again!!!!
