Nationwide Lien & Title

This business is handled by one single person, her name is Grace and has horrible customer service! She has absolutely zero patience and has a bad attitude. I hired her to handle a lien on a vehicle that was sitting at my business for too long, and she basically cut me short when she received the amount that was due to me. After reading upon Florida Statues and reaching out to other Lien services, we all agree that this woman ripped me off, and stole mostly all of the money that I was entitled to. Beware of her!!! She is incompetent, and does not care about her clients interest. She is a rip off!!!!!!

This company is affordable, fast working and give good service when I give them a lien to do for me. They tell me exactly what I have to do if the owner comes gets his car which he left abandoned for months on my property. At times they might be loud but they get the job done in 30 to 45 days which it normally takes for we to get the title. I recommend using this company because there exactly what your looking for.

I had my stored at a transmission shop for 2 weeks. I told him I was waiting to hear from someone on whether to spend the $4,000.00 on a new transmission. The gentleman ended up calling nationwide lien and title to get the title of my car. When I went to pick up my car he said I needed to call nationwide lien and title to pay them before I could get my car. I called the lady and when she answered the phone she had screaming kids in the background saying ,"Hello! Who is this?" Not very professional. Then another lady got on the phone and said she would call me back in 20 minutes when she gets back to the office. 30 mintues go by and still no call. I called the lady back and told her I needed to go to work. She said, "I told you I would call you back. I'm on my lunch break, (mind you it was 3pm), go to work and I'll call you at work." By this point, her attitude already had me furious. I then asked her how much I owed her to get my car back. She said she didn't know and she would let me knoe. Then she tells me that I owe her 650 dollars. I asked her what the 650 was for and proceeded to scream at me so fast I couldn't even understand what she was saying. The next day I called to ask her if I could pay the 650 over the phone for something I shouldnt even have to pay! She said I needed to go to Bank of America and deposit money into her account. Again, how unprofessional? I thought for sure it was a scam. I went to the bank and had a transfer of funds into her account. When I called her and told her that I put the money in her account, she said "I DONT TAKE CHECKS!!" She wouldn't even let me get a word in to tell her that I didn't put a check in, I just had a transfer of funds. Finally when I got the chance to tell her it's not a check, she said, "can you fax me a copy of the reciept?" HELL NO! One, I don't have a fax machine, two, you're already scamming me and giving me a HELL of a time taking my money.

I feel very very very bad for who ever has to deal with this unprofessional lady/company. I made sure to tell her, that if this is a scam, I will sue her.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience.
