Miami Appliance & Air Conditioning Repair

My washer was acting up so I called and made and appointment with them. I am a single mother with a full time job and don't have the luxury of taking off work whenever I please. I made an appointment for them to come out and was promised an early repair time. o I took the morning off and decided to work the night shift in need of money. I was told 8-12 am was y techs arrival time and they never showed up or even called to let me know they were running behind. Around 12:15 I call the company and was told they are running behind but they should be there within the hour and that repairs like mine on a washer wouldn't take more than 30-min to an hour. Reluctantly I agreed thinking I had enough time since my shift started at 3. They showed up almost near 2 o'clock and the repair took way longer than expected. The tech must of had a big lunch cuz he tooksome time in the bathroom which only delayed me to my job. I had to call in late to work and the repair was completed by 3:50. I was given every excuse in the book. They are unreliable and unprofessional. Never will I use them again nor will I recommend. U am surprised they are rated well but after reading some reviews I believe the reviews are staged by the company itself. If u read all positive comments they are all written meticulously and even go as far as gettin the proper company punctuation like using the "&" sign. Normal people with write out and not have every single 5star comment have it written correctly as the company would like. You guys are fraud and reviews are deceiving.

I called late in the day Saturday around 7pm. They picked up the phone and scheduled me in for a next day appointment on Sunday at no extra weekend charge! They came to my house on time at 1pm on Sunday afternoon and fixed my Thermador Freezer. They offered me a free service call with my completed repair! How neat?!

our GE dishwasher was making noises and suddenly in the middle of the cycle stopped functioning. I found them on the web and try to schedule something for the same day but as it was a little bit late was not possible but they sent me the repairman in the morning next day. It was great because he repair it right away in within two hours all the process was finished
