DO NOT BUY OR LEASE CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! They did not submit my first car payment from 3 months ago and now my credit is being affected because of their negligence. I have called and gone in person and they have not solved my problem. The money I paid is lost and now even the lending agency is doing an investigation to find out the whereabouts of the payment that I made. They treated me awful when I went there and over the phone. Extremely rude, unprofessional and misogynistic attitude. They talked down to me, raised their voices and humiliated me. They even harassed me over the phone to try to make me change my answers on the customer service survey so they could get their bonuses! The General Manager called me selfish because my negative reviews will cause them not to get the funds they need to "help the community". DO NOT go to this dealership or you will have the worst experience of your life!!

The service department is great! Each time we've brought our 2003 Hyundai in for maintenance, they have fairly priced the parts and labor. We've checked. They even provided a loaner car when the work was going to take longer than expected. Recently, the starter died after being replaced just a month or so prior. A quick call to the service department just 10 minutes before closing provided some relief. We had the car towed there and 1st thing the next day, they called to say they would replace the starter, battery and wires - no charge. They guaranteed thier work and followed up professionally. Yes, I'd recommend them again.
