From the moment I entered the dealership till I left with my new car, I was wowed by the service from each team member. Professionalism, Hospitality & the greatest customer experience. The sales manager Burt was also amazing. He was extremely patient with me during negotiation. In fact, because of their service, I didn't really negotiate much because I felt they deserve my business and I was extremely satisfied with my vehicle. Bought a 2016 Sonata with a trade in. A month later the trade in had not been paid off and the finance company is going to report me to the credit bureau. Kendall Hyundai will not return my calls and when I speak to someone they say their working on it and that's all they can tell me.

My Name is Shanta and I had purchase a car in feb,since June I did not make a payment,they never called to let me know that they were not able to find a finance company to finance me, but inorder for me to take the car I gave them $2000 plus a trade in.So now that I need my decal I called them up to get the papaer needed and i wa told that i was by the sales manager that he did not even know that my deal was not finalize and ther company that did finance went uout of business which i at the time i thought i was approved i gave up another $1000.The last company that they found to approve me requested that i give $5000,which the sales manager and i knew that i do not have the type of money so i have to give the car back and they keep $1400 for the 4mths that i had the car and the milegae and give me back $1600.For this to be a big car lot,how could they let me drive the car for that long and did keep half of my money,that is not fair I am a single mother and I need transportation.
