Kendall Eye Center & Vision Therapy

Calling this place a bad business would be an insult to bad businesses. This is the first time in my life I am writing a review on any business, and the only reason is that this was the worst business that we have encountered in terms of professional knowledge of the "doctor ", the response time to questions, the accuracy of information and customer service. My mistake was not reading the reviews before selecting this center, the reviews are clearly overwhelmingly terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone, neither a friend nor a person I could care less about...well maybe to an enemy I would..Please find another center, there are plenty around this area.

BEWARE!!!!!!!! I use to work at this place and they are horrible. The employees are not knowledgeable and the Doctor does not preform a full exam. She scams patients with the cost of the exam.. I advise to go somewhere else... This place shuld be closed down..

KEEP OUT , i am trying to get my contacts for the past two weeks and no one calls me back the worse customer service. i will never go back to this place again.

My mother told me about this place because they accepted my insurance. I really liked the the dr. she seemed to know what she was doing! I didnt understand why Id get so many headaches! But it was all my vision! Dr fixed my issues with the perfect prescription! I seriously recommend this place! Great staff! :)

this place sucks --- dont ever go---they lie and make peoplef eel low--- their customer sercvice skills blows-- the eye lady is retarded bi%ch--- they think they are better than other people and eye place-- WAKE UP BI%CH!!! YOU DO THE SAME SHI$%, BITCHES, THIEVES AND FU#$ASSES!!

STAY AWAY ***OMG IF I HAD SEEN THESE REVIEWS EARLIER I WOULD NOT HAVE WASTED MY TIME MY GASOLINE AND MY MONEY IN THIS DUMP. I was given the wrong eye prescription. It was HELL. I tried to solve the issue by calling them. Their famous saying is " Will Call You Back". No one calls back. The contact lenses are expensive as hell and they charge $75 per 1 box for 1 eye for 3 months worth. I got my contact from another Doctor at $99 for a complete pair for a full year.

FRAUD!! STAY AWAY!! I WAS TOLD THE EYE EXAM WOULD BE $90. I GET THERE AND THEY CHARGE ME $150 MATTER FACT THEY CHARGED ME FOR A TRAIL PAIR WHICH CLEARLY STATED THIS PAIR IS ONLY FOR TRAIL AND NOT TO BE SOLD. FIRST OFF WHEN I GET THERE I HAVE TO WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR WHILE MIND YOU THERE IS 1 OTHER PERSON IN LOBBY AND DOCTOR IS JUST WALKING AROUND OFFICE TALKING TO EMPLOYEES. FINALLY AFTER AN HOUR OF WAITING I LET THE DOCTOR KNOW I HAVE TO GO TO CLASS IN 30 MIN AND WANT TO RESCHEDULE SO SHE TELLS ME "OH DON'T WORRY WE CAN DO IT NOW AND IT WILL BE QUICK" I SHOULD HAVE TRUSTED MY GUT INSTINCT. SHE DOES THE WORST EYE EXAM EVER!! ALL SHE DOES IS USE MY PREVIOUS PRESCRIPTION I CAME THERE WITH FROM MY GLASSES WHICH I CLEARLY TOLD HER IS YEARS OLD. WHEN I LEFT I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SET UP A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT SO I COULD GET MY PRESCRIPTION YET WHEN I LEAVE NO CALL. I HAD SURGERY THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND WAS OUT OF IT FOR LIKE 2 WEEKS CALL BACK TODAY AND ALL OF SUDDEN I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER $50 FOR EYE EXAM BECAUSE ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS PASSED AND I HAVEN'T SETUP FOLLOW UP YET NOBODY EVEN CALLED ME THIS OR TOLD ME THIS WHILE I WAS THERE. YET I'VE ALREADY PAID MORE THAN $50 MORE THAN WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. OH AND HERE'S THE BEST PART, THEY WONT EVEN GIVE ME MY PRESCRIPTION!! WOW. WELL THIS PISSED OFF THE WRONG CUSTOMER BECAUSE I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO THE CLEANERS. BUT IN THE MEANTIME DOOOOOOO NOOOOOT USEE THIS EYE DOCTOR OR OFFICE THEY ARE THE WORST!!

Glasses on time, friendly service, and exceptional Optometrist what more can you ask for? GOOD JOB!!!
