I am truly sorry you had a negative experience with my firm. However, I believe your review was written prematurely and is certainly not an accurate depiction of your case, as you received $16,666.67, with a net of $10,550.87. In fact, there was 10/20 (10 thousand dollar per person, 20 thousand dollar per accident) insurance policy affording insurance coverage to the at fault party. We obtained the full $20,000.00 policy limits, and as there were multiple competing claims, the proceeds were evenly distributed to each claimant, $6,666.67 each.
Furthermore, we were also able to obtain the full $10,000.00 of uninsured motorist coverage available to you. Again, this was the insurance policy limit. As such, you received a total settlement in the amount of $16,666.67. The net to your pocket was actually $10,550.87 (verified by two closing statements, both of which were signed by you, and by checks which you endorsed) not $3,500 as you described.

Not only are they ambulance chasers and I dont know how they got my phone number after my accident but when I decided to meet with them they just fed me with false illusions that they will get big settlements and that they will fight for the most money they can get and all their past clients have gotten a lot of money etc... Dont believe their lies, my particualr attorney Frank Diaz was two faced and impossible to get in contact with. He was very caring and seemed like a nice guy at the consulation, but when you needed him the most he was always busy, you had to leave him voicemails, or he would tell you to call the office and talk with their PA's who were also just as unprofessional. I got a big gash on my chin that required stitches from the accident, and at another law office that I had visited before they said that my gash was enough to get me at least $5,000 in BIP out of $10,000. I chose Martin Hanna though because it was the only firm that we negotiatied a fee of 30% instead of the typical 33%. Like the saying goes, the cheaper things are the more costly it will be in the long run. They made me go to a therapy clinic of theirs where they ran a bunch of x-rays and had me doing back therapy for about 2 months for apparently no reason. They begged me to go to their SELECTED chiropractors and therapy clinics?? I couldn't chose my own clinic(Big Red Flag)!!! At the end of this nightmare all I got was $3,500 and a $980 medical bill that I owe to the hospital that stitched my chin. That means i got a $2520 settlement which is half of what other law offices were guaranteeing!!! Dont trust this firm or that snake Frank Diaz. My accident was in April of 2012 and I am receiving my settlement money now at the end of February 2013. It took this firm 10 and a half months to get me this sorry excuse for a settlement. Horrible experience with them and I will never do business or recommend them to anyone. Can you imagine how upset I am because I had to be calling this lawyer Frank Diaz and his PA's every week for the past 3 months just to see the status of my case and the reason it was taking so long. If I could give them 0 stars I would. One word to describe them is unprofessional.
