I would like to give accolades to Carmen Gonzalez. When I was having an issue getting my medical prescription, she stepped in & put me in contact with the right person to resolve my issue. She tremendously helped me in this situation and has always helped me get an appointment with my physician to my convenience. She has treated me with professionalism and courtesy. She is an asset to the Gastro office and is a pure customer service representative.....My thanks to her for all she does for the patients......Thank you Carmen!!!
