English Language is a foreign concept at this complex and there is only one entrance and one exit for this complex of more than 1,000 apartments. You should see the morning rush lines trying to leave or the weekend cars lined up around the curve street light trying to come in for a visit. Guards are not fully bilingual, they take their time in writing your personal information down (I guess we live in Ft. Knox), give you a pass and you have to do this everytime you are coming in for a visit. And let's not get started with the main office professionalism.
