The absolute worst. They will cancel or change your reservations without notifications. This has happened to me 3 times.

I have never submitted a complaint to a company in all of my years, but felt it extremely necessary in this care! My 21 year old daughter, who had a 10:20 a.m. reservation from the assigned Miami Biscayne location (yes, the same place that they dropped her off at) sat on a bench in downtown Miami for over 5 hours! She called, I called and my husband called the 1-800 number provided. My daughter spoke with a representative at 10:30 a.m. to inquire where her bus was. She was informed that the bus was in Ft Lauderdale and in traffic (which I do understand) and would be there within 35 minutes. I called at 11:30 to inquire where her bus was and was PROMISED that she would be picked up within 35 minutes. Each time my daughter and I attempted to call this number again, we were rerouted to the voice mail/mail box is full message. I believe that after numerous attempts, their representatives chooses who he will talk to based on caller id. Ironically, their customer service person and reservations person one in the same. We were helpless as to what was going on with our daughter in Miami! My husband called (from a different area code) at 1:00 p.m. and was told that our daughter was on the bus....NOT! He was then told that the driver went to pick her up and she wasn't there....NOT! She never left that bench once in the 5 hours that she sat there! My husband was then told that another driver would pick her up in 15 minutes (1:30 p.m.). My daughter (after 19 unsuccessful tries) then did manage to contact their customer representative for the second time. She was then told that someone was coming to get her at 2:30. By this time, we were more than concerned about the safety our our daughter and rented a car where she drove back to Tampa(thank you Hertz for allowing a 21 year old driver to rent a car from you). I am requesting a complete reimbursement and rental car reimbursement from this company.

After missing my greyhound bus and having no way to get to miami with my flight later that day I happened to stumble across this company via Craigslist. They were not only to pick me up within an hours notice they came to get me at a stop that wasn't their usual pickup point. The driver was very nice, good driving skills and we made it to the other coast in great time. I would recommend this company to anyone traveling drink Tampa to Miami or in between and I would use it again if I ever need to travel. Great price great service

After waiting 1 1/2 hours outside Ft. Lauderdale airport for another shuttle service, who somehow makes it to page 1 on Google, I was rescued by Florida Red Line. Donovan, the driver, was very courteous, friendly, and accomodating and managed to calm this extremely annoyed traveler. He even made an urgent "pitstop" for another traveler, which is a fear of many who won't take shuttles. I would highly recommend this shuttle service.

Sept. 2012 I used Florida Red Line for a round trip between Ft. Myers and Miami. I am happy to report that the driver was on time, reliable, and pleasant. The driver, Donovan, was also very courteous and professional. He was even able to drop off and pick up directly to and from my hotel at no extra charge. I felt that all dealings with this company were excellent with immediate responses to all inquiries. They even sent me a reminder by email. The price is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

I hit the jackpot with this company! Donovan, my driver was so polite and helpful. He's a great driver. I guess when you learn to drive in the mountains of Jamaica...any driving condition is easy! I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing a ride...I took it from Miami to Ft Myers. It was cheaper than renting a car and a lot less hassle. They have many point to point services. He even dropped me off at my door for an additional $15 fee. They service many counties in FL- his operational permits were visible. So...if you need a lift and don't want to drive...contact them. I LOVE THIS COMPANY!
