Please check Transport Reviews for additional comments and descriptions of poor service. My experience was so bad I reported them to the BBB. They currently have 12 complaints filed against them with the BBB. Duo Fast failed to respond to any of them. There are many 5 star companies on Transport Review. Do your homework. Avoid any business with this company. Do not think this is an isolated incident, this company is fraudulent.

Save yourself a huge headache ...

Save yourself a huge headache and just pay a few more bucks for a company who will actually do what they promise. I wanted to ship my Jeep across country and completed an on-line quote request. Tony from Duo-Fast transport called and told me he had a driver in my area ready to transport it and quoted me a great price. Tony told me the driver would be at my house to pick up my Jeep after 5:00 p.m. that Saturday, and it would be delivered around five days later. He told me he would call me that Friday with all of the details. I signed a contract. Friday came and went and Tony didn't call, so I called him on Saturday morning. He told me everything was set and not to worry. He told me the driver was on his way. Tony told me he would call me when the driver was three hours away. I waited all day Saturday and Tony never called. I tried to call him, but his office was closed. No one came to pick up my Jeep. It's monday afternoon, and Tony still hasn't called. I'm very dissappointed. I called Duo Fast Transport to speak to someone in customer service and was put on hold for a very long time until I hung up. This company is not accredited by the BBB.

Worst trucking company ever. We never accually got our vehicle. It was supposed to come from California to MN by April 4/7/12 and they scheduled for that day and had called my brother in law to pick it up by 1pm that day. They never came. Everytime we called someone would say they would call back and never did. They took $104 out of our checking account for a deposit as well. We had to call everytime and each time they said they will pick it up at a certain time and than never did. Totally inconviencing my brother in law everytime. They never called us. We had to call them and each time we would get someone different and sometimes they didn't pick up the phone at all. We finally had to cancel b/c by this time it had been a month and we still didn't have the truck. We had to borrow our friends vehicle just to het around. I filed a complaint with the BBB stating just this and that we should get our $25 cancellation fee back b/c they never picked up the vehicle. BAD company. TERRIBLE company. Can't believer they are still in buisness. I wouldn't give them any stars but it makes me pick 1.

I purchased a vehicle from a dealership in Wayne, NJ and placed a deposit for Duo to find a driver. It NEVER happened. After two weeks of guaranteeing service, I requested a refund. Alex Smith was the representative. He was always friendly and polite until I had to start asking questions about delivery. He has kept me on hold, never to return to the phone. At one point he told me that a carrier was picking up my vehicle. I called the carrier and they said that they don't even travel to my state. When I called Alex back, he got defensive saying that he had personally spoken to the carrier and that the information I received was incorrect. He then promised that the pick-up would happen. Two days later, still no pick-up. Alex has been hiding from me since.



I then spoke to someone who called himself Wesley. He was extremely rude and hung up on me several times when I mentioned that there was a problem. After calling back again and again, I finally got someone who made up excuses about this being a difficult route. That is in no case true. He then agreed to refund my money (although I think it was a rouse to get me off of the phone). In the midst of the back and forth, I requested to speak with the Manager, Katie Williams several times in which I was left on hold once again for more than ten minutes.



DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will low-ball you to get you to make a deposit then when they don't deliver, they blame it on you. Also, as with the other negative posters, they will say that I was never a customer. I was a customer, with an active quote and deposit. I can prove via my bank statement that they charged $104 and some odd cents to my credit card.



If you have to put an upfront deposit down on a transport, RUN!!!!



The sad thing is that the dealership I purchased the vehicle from recently began selling to out-of-state customers and would have used them as the broker of choice if this deal went well. I'm glad that they now know the character of this company.

I recently had my 2010 Camaro ...

I recently had my 2010 Camaro shipped from NY to TX . The contracted date of pick-up was between Saturday 4/7 and Tuesday 4/10 because I stated that they could pick it up anytime as long as it was delivered by Saturday 4/14 because I had work obligations on Monday 4/16 and all my personal belongings were contained within the car. The company didn't pick up my vehicle until 4/14 which was the original drop-off date and I did not actually receive my car until 4/19 which was almost a week late. I had to pay for additional transport to get to work and on top of that my fee for transport was increased by an additional $100 just to get the car to me. So not only was it late but they charged me more after the contract just for me to get my car late. This to me is very bad business. When I finally received the car it was filthy, the gas tank appeared to be a quarter to a half tank lower than when I left it, and the odometer looked like it was higher. I have no proof of this as I neglected to take the original odometer reading. Another issue with the car was that the steering started locking up on me immediately upon drop-off when prior there was no issues with the like-new 2010 Camaro i've only owned for 5 months. Overall I rate this company very poorly simply do to not being able to fulfill a contract within the stated parameters.
