I had a manicure and pedicure with Sandra and really enjoyed the experience. Sandra takes her time and does a great job. The pedicure chairs are great , they give a nice massage while you are getting your treatment.

I just moved to Aventura and will definitely go back and try a haircut and blow dry too

This is a fantastic salon, Danny did a great job with my hair (hair cut and highlights)and I especially like the atmosphere. It is warm and friendly. While I was there I was told that it recently changed owners and that they are completely re decorating the salon....

I can't wait to see what it will look like.

My daughter, who lives in NYC, is planning a wedding in SOBE. We approached a hairdresser at the salon, Mor, about doing her hair for the wedding at the hotel. He agreed and she came in for a trial. He quoted his price and we discussed the time he would come to the hotel and all was agreed upon. 2 weeks before the wedding I received a call from the owner stating that Mor reneged on his committment and will not be doing her hair. Since my daughter does not live here and her next visit will be on the week of the wedding, she will not be able to have a trial with another hairdresser prior to the event. The owner Natalie could not see that a committment should be kept. Shame on them!

I went there for a root touch up and this Mia destroyed my hair. I walked out with at least three different colors, my ends were already extremely damaged and she didn't even blow dried my hair. She let me walk out with my hair dripping wet, seriously! Maybe it's her technique of not showing the client the real color of their hair. When I called and said what happened to my hair and about the bad costumer service; they told me they would fix it, but in about a month they never had one single spot in their agenda. Can you believe? Funny, because when I was there the salon was almost empty. I think they just didn't want to give me a spot for them to fix my hair. Until today, my ends are damaged and dried.
