The staff is friendly and very attentive.

The problem with this credit union are the policies are inconsistent with normal practices. We opened two joint accounts, two together with mom so she will have access to my account in the event she needs funds and vice versa. Well, by either idiocy or policy or both, my mother could not access my account and neither could I access her account when she or I was away. CU kept asking who is the primary? That is the reason they were joint, not POD or upon death, but joint, both with equal rights, joint with right of survivorship, simple FL and Federal structure for financial instruments. Tried to close them, same idiotic question, who is the primary?

It gets worse, since balance was low, there were "maintenance" charges every month. You figure! Maintenance?

Tried to talk to supervisor, manager (who is a very pleasant, attractive young lady), who called superiors only to come back and ask, who is the primary?

True story!

I could not make this up.

Mom and I just laugh, left the pennies there and to this day could not close accounts!

Stay away!

I pity you if you have to be their customer.
