Coral Reef Dental Center

Absolutely hate this place !! I always have to go back to have the dentist to "FIX " something she messed up! and waste my time and money going back and forward to this place also ! Every "Appointment" I have ever made with this dental clinic i've had to sit and wait 30-45 mins just to see my dentist ! Even though i have a "Appointment" at a certain time. i don't have anytime to sit around and wait close to a hour to see a dentist i pay VERY GOOD MONEY to see. My most recent visit to this dental clinic I came in and signed in and the one one assistance behind the counter told me to have a seat like usual i sat again for a very long period of time like ALWAYS ! when I finally had enough i went up to the counter to tell the Dental Assistance that i couldn't wait any longer. She one was on the phone talking so i gave her time to finish up her conversation on the phone so i could possibly re schedule. While the other assistant was sitting in a far room that she could clearly see me waiting to be help but she continued to play with her IPAD and laugh and talk with all the ladies in the back I even took a picture of her doing so ! well after the one assistance got off the phone and i told her how much more i would have to wait she had the nerve to tell me that my doctor wasn't even in yet !!!!!! when my appointment was already 30 past due and would be a little longer till she arrived !!!!! Shouldn't they have called me before I drove all the way over there and sat there for 45 minutes

She didn't care to help me at all so i left. I have never been to a place where i spend crazy amounts of money and been treated like i am just another dollar sign to them !
