Cooling By The Book

Cooling by the book came to my house because I needed fixing. At first the they seemed like they are trying help but what I got was just guesses and pushing of the product. Long story short cooling by the books replaced my water pump with a used water pump,replaced a circuit and told me more about his cleaning services... The ac was not fixed and the contractor said give it some time because its a old machine so have it a try. Well hours later it was still the same broke ac unit and cooling by the book was charging more money to come back to my house just to look at it. Hired a new company and found out it was the water pump he replaced with another water pump that was used that contained the problem..... I will not recommend this company to no one the guy was also very rude and cursed at me and told me he has nothing else to do with me....
