Conway Van-Lines

Let me start by saying that Conway Van Lines is a genius company when it comes to the moving industry! They did so much better than the other company we worked with in the past that just got us through a lot of nightmare. This company is indeed very promising and very diligent. Now, I believe that the good reviews it has been receiving is very well deserved. Keep it up Conway Van Lines! You guys rock!

Conway Van-Lines gave a "Binding" estimate and took an inventory of all my furniture and boxes which came out to $2,475. During the move several large items were not shipped due to being sold prior including a side by side refrigerator, a queen bed with bed frame, wheelbarrow, and over 20 large boxes. This should have lowered the estimate. Instead, after the entire truck was packed the bill came out to $3,604.25. Well over the original quote. At this point a $235 and $1064.47 deposit had already been placed. Next, Conway Van-Lines harassed me for an additional $600 deposit or they will hold my furniture and not ship it. All my furniture was loaded on a Ryder rental truck initially then, moved into a holding/storage facility and loaded back on to a larger truck for transport through a third party contracted moving company. Conway Van-Lines NEVER kept me apprised of the situation or gave any information where my belongings were. When phone calls and e-mails were placed no one would tell me anything and refused to allow me to consult with a manager. Conway Van-Lines charged me additional for boxes to be placed over the mirrors and aquariums. On arrival there were no boxes over the aquariums and the aquariums were shattered. Most of the boxes were heavily damaged along with the items inside the boxes. They shattered and destroyed my vacuum, grill, hope chest, and there are tears in my leather couches. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

Conway Van Lines crew was truly remarkable (in all aspects ). After contacting and getting quotes from at least 6 other companies, I have to said that Conway was a wonderfull experience from the first call. The sales rep (Ivette) gave me a reasonable quote and after that every inquiry along the way received a prompt response. The move day the crew arrived on time. They were very professional, efficient and very friendly( we couldn't have asked for a better team). I'll highly recommend Conway Van Lines , they made my move the easiest.

Joe and his crew from Conway Van Lines did a great job of packing and moving us from our old home in FL to our new home in TX. I think my favorite part of the move was when the foreman occasionally asked me "how is the move going so far?" Turns out that the move cost less than estimated initially and significantly less than the two other companies that quoted us (when we shopped around ) over the phone. All in all, a great move from a company I would strongly recommend. Thanks!

Based on the reviews seen on Yelp, I contacted Conway to move my belongings. They charged my credit card the initial deposit, cancelled on me the day they were to pick my belongings, which led me to have to scramble to find another mover at the last minute. Additionally, a month later, they have yet to credit my credit card the deposit. I would not recommend them!

I hired Conway Van Lines to help me make a move from FL to NY. When I googled to find a good moving company I saw many of the listings of many moving companies. But I chose Conway Van Lines because they have some great and very recent reviews. So, I was willing to pay them and hoping to get a very good service in return. Good news is they did not let me down. Actually they did more than what I was expecting from them. I do thank their sales rep Richard and Joe the foreman with his movers crew for a very smooth, stress free, quick and affordable move. They were pleasant to work with. I will surely consider them if need to hire movers in future.

After using Conway Van Lines services not to long ago for my move, I had to recommend them. This company has all necessary ingredients of a superb company. Joe and his team of movers are highly skilled, experienced and always willing to give their best and the sales team is simply the smartest. They know how to deal with a move and they never back out from taking challenges. I recommend Conway Van Lines to everyone and suggest using them because they are the best.

Worst experience I've ever had. I was originally quoted $3600 over the phone but was charged 6300 after they had it on the 3rd party truck. They refused to take it off unless I paid $199 an hour. At least 50% of my property arrived damaged or broken. Stay far away from this company. They will suck you to using them , then their customer service goes out the window and they won't respond to your emails and calls .

I am very happy with the great performance of Conway Van Lines. They did very well to move all my belongings perfectly, timely and within my budget. I hired them to move my belongings while shifting my home. Hover did a great job to move everything without damaging or breaking any of my stuffs. I am truly impressed with their accuracy. I recommend Conway Van Lines.

I am impressed. I am really impressed with Conway Van Lines. They are the most talented movers I have ever seen. They were just excellent. I used them not too long ago for a tough move. I had to move my office at a new location and I had no time for that. It was a race against time and I never expected a perfect move from any movers but I was wrong. Movers proved me wrong. They were up against the challenge and the way they performed was just fantastic. Words are not enough to describe their efficiency. All I can say is that Conway Van Lines team has the courage to handle any move. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I recently used Conway Van Lines for a long distance move from FL to CA. On the day of the pickup the foreman and his crew were on time and they protected all of my furniture with blankets and shrink wrap. The salesman explained me step by step how everything was going to done. I just want to thank Full service van lines for making my move one of the best moves I have done. On the day of the delivery nothing was broken or stolen all of my furniture arrived like it had never moved without any scratches.

Conway Van Lines moved me from Fort Lauderdale to Arizona after worked in a large scale software company for 12 years. I am a computer engineer and got hit by the job market and got laid off. I am just so lucky after this I was hired for a better job in Arizona. Prior to this move, I was stressed because I have had nightmares with other moving companies. I didnt need any more added stress. Since talking to their Sales person, I was presently impressed with how easy they made the process. I like it when companies make difficult processes easy it saves me the hassel, like not having to print, sign, fax my contact... it is electronic so I reviewed and signed electronically. Once the pick up people got in my house we went over the the property and they started to work. They look presentable wearing the company's uniform and they talked politely. I breathe fully when they delivered my items in perfect condition. I never regret hiring them for my move. The people both in the office and in the field are very polite. The driver have good experience and very professional. I even sent a thank you card with a picture of the new house. All and all been an excellent move and very good service!
