They are awesome!  Service was great as they took care my CR-V car. Charlie's crew repaired the issue in a few hours for a great price. I appreciated the communication from the beginning to the end with Mr. Juan Concepción. He explained and show me what was wrong with my car. Ashley, the front desk person was very proffessional and friendly. They definitely have won a loyal customer.  From here on the best place to go is Charlie's Paint and body shop. I am not exaggerating when I state that Charlie's Paint and Body Shop is a wonderful place to have your car repaired. My personal experience is that my brand new 2013 Mustang GT Premium Convertible was side-swiped with considerable damage to the right front of the car. I myself was traumatized because I had barely put 5,000 miles on the car. I really felt sick inside, thinking that my dream car was no longer young and fresh and new (you guys know what I mean). I thought it would never be the same again. I searched the internet looking for the absolute very best paint and body shop that I could find. I didn't know too much about this kind of thing because I personally had not been in an auto accident in all of my 50 years of driving. By chance I came across Charlie's Paint and Body Shop and read all the reviews. Well I know that a lot of websites have phony reviews and misleading statements just to hook you in. Outstanding craftsmanship! I am very particular about the way my looks and the guys at Charlie's finished my car after some serious front end damage that they had to prove it was the same car. I am not kidding. The paint and finish work was impeccable. These guys know what the hell there doing and they do it with a smile and great service. Outstanding!!!

I have heard of Charlies Paint & Body Shop before but never needed there services, now I did. I was involved in a big accident and didn’t know what to do. I passed by so they can advise me. 9 Days latter I was driving away in my car. It looked great. I swear it looked even better than before. They even had it cleaned for me. I have to give it to Juan and his staff; you guys did a beautiful job and have gained another customer for life. This hands down is the best shop in Miami.

The staff is incredible, their work is awesome and my car never looked better. I have had my car repaired their 4 times. The first time a tree fell on it, I thought it was totaled but when I picked up my car it looked better than it did when I bought it. Had 3 accidents and it again it was fixed to look better then when I bought it. They use only the best materials, paint, etc. Their paint is even guaranteed for life. The staff deals directly with the insurance company. You do nothing!!! They pick up the car and you go with the tow truck driver to the body shop, you sign the authorization, they call the rental car company, they call to give updates, when ready you drive to rental car place, return car, pick up your car and your done. I have recommended Charlie's to my friends and family and they are completely satisfied.

Charlies Paint Body Shop made me feel comfortable and confident. Their knowledge, experience and ethics are apparent as soon as you meet with them. Having your vehicle in need of repair is an uncomfortable situation, but Charlies Paint and Body Shop in Miami takes as much of the burden off you as is possible. The waiting room is very very clean, bathrooms are super clean and they have a stocked fridge full of water and juice. The shop was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is great to work with and the job is done right the first time and you leave with a smile. Thank you

Nicest staffs ever, fast and excellent work... I've been rear-ended twice over the last couple of years, and both times I've taken my car to Charlie’s Paint and Body Shop. Although it's never fun having to get your car worked on, these guys are so incredibly nice, knowledgeable and patient, that I actually walk out of there with a smile. They are so tolerant of me calling in with questions and asking them to help me deal with these insurance companies, etc. Luckily other people's insurance paid for my damage both times. Charlie’s Paint and Body in Miami did excellent work and very fast. I absolutely recommend them highly.

This was the second time I was involved in an accident. The first time, I took State Farm’s advice, and had one of their preferred shops fix my vehicle. What a mess… the shop was a hole in the wall and the car was making lots of noises till the day I sold it. This time around I wanted to pick my own shop, not one from their list that does whatever they tell them to. After two days of looking online and calling places, I came down to three shops in Miami. I went to all three shops in person. I am a very picky person and was very satisfied to have chosen Charlie’s Paint and Body Shop to fix my car. Needless to say 10 days later Javier called me to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up. Wow, believe me, I looked hard for defects. Nothing, just like new. These people are amazing. I've been driving for 14 years and recently had my first accident, although it wasn't even my fault. I was worried because the auto body industry on the whole isn't exactly known for being quick. The reason being I was in Miami for the Holidays and leaving back home out of state in exactly one week. After looking online for a shop with good reviews, I came across Charlies Paint and Body Shop in Miami. I told them this and they told me no problem we'll have it done for you in a week. I dropped it off Monday morning and needed it to be done by the fallowing Monday. On Friday I received a call from Juan Jr and he said your car is ready; you can come pick it up. At 4:30 I arrived and it was finished. Perfectly finished by the way. It looked brand new!! I am just so impressed by the way Charlies Paint and Body Shop does business, I wish everyone was like they are.

I have been a long time customer of Charlies Paint and Body Shop and have always received excellent customer service and been dealt with in a very professional manner. Particularly, Juan Jr. and Javier have always been very courteous and swift in the handling of my claims. They keep me abreast every step of the way, responding to all of my concerns. Assuring me that all the details of my repairs with Geico have been addressed and that if anything else were to arise related to the damage from the accident, it would be handled quickly. The process has gone so smooth, that even my insurance payment was left at the shop for me, I didn't have to wait for anything to arrive via mail. I had been looking online and in person for what I feel would be the best shop in Miami. After doing my research online. I chose Charlies Paint and Body Shop for two reasons. One their place looks amazing and clean. Second the guys and staff also took their time to answer all my questions. Two things I could not find in other shops. They even took the time to show me another car that was recently painted by them. And that was it for me, found my new shop thanks to Google. Needless to say two weeks latter may Mustang came out looking better than new. Seriously it did, the color is deep, rich and the metallic shines brighter than ever. All that plus lifetime warranty. Need not look further, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Guys and keep up the good work.

I was amazed at the customer service, detailed work, and professionalism offered by this body shop. The building is huge & the vehicle repair area is clean, impressive for a body shop. Javier took care of my car from start to finish. The quality of workmanship is pretty outstanding, very professional body shop. Thank you guys once again. Excellent work, highly recommend. They work directly with your insurance company, so everything is hassle free. Repairs to my truck were just perfect. This body shop is the best one I've come across in the 15 years I have lived in Miami. I wish I would have found them years ago!

I had my car repaired at Charlie's Paint & Body Shop a few months ago & was very pleased with the attention and quality work I received. The owners went out of their way in helping out with the costs of my repairs & even called me a few times with updates on the status of my car. They did an amzing job on my car-it looked brand new when I picked it up-they even vacuumed, washed, and waxed my car free of charge! They were very pleasant, kind, and honest. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends!
