Absolutely amazing!! Canine Counselors has truly helped my dog through all of her anxious energy and has helped me be a better dog owner. Amanda, our trainer, was so great and patient with my little Maltese, Kiki. She was always on time, always in communication with me, and always incredibly helpful. She showed a great amount of care with Kiki, which my family and I really appreciated. I cannot recommend Canine Counselors enough. If you and your dog are struggling- barking, pulling while walking, or basically anything - Canine Counselors is the way to go!!

Excellent service and training for all dog breeds!!!! I had our dogs trained by Canine Counselors and what I paid was worth it; I highly recommend their services. My dogs' problem behaviors stopped for good after some time since they train the dogs and the owners allowing and enabling us to continue to train and discipline our dogs properly and effectively. I'm grateful to have had Enrique Rodriguez as my Canine Counselors trainer, he made it easy with his patience and experience.

We came to Canine Counselors in need of assistance in raising our two new rescues, and Mr. Perez was more than helpful with everything. We learned quite a bit about how to raise our dogs, and the methods we took away from our in-house sessions with Mr. Perez have greatly improved our dogs’ temperament when dealing with other animals. Canine Counselors gives YOU the ability to train your dogs, so that even when the personal in-house trainers aren’t there YOU know how to react to any situation. We have learned so much more than just sit and stay; we learned how to communicate with our animals.



In short, for the skills and techniques to have a happy and fulfilling relationship with your dog, give Canine Counselors a call.

They are friendly and informative but also very expensive, for basic obedience classes, basically teaching your dog to sit and stay, you can do this at home yourself. Buy a home dvd for $35 dollars and if you have at least a little patience and have been around dogs, you can save yourself all the cash, if you have no knowledge of dog behavior, or have a problematic dog then a trainer is recommended.

Just wanted to thank you for your incredible professionalism in helping my husband and I to fully understand our dog Big Mac. Before training started, we were considering finding him a different home. We could not deal with his misbehavior. Our children were constantly disrupted by his unruly behavior. We asked our vet for help in finding a solution. He highly recommended Canine Counselors. We are gladly to say Nina, our dog, has been trained by Jerry for a total of 7 weeks. The

outcome of the training was excellent!! At the beginning Nina was very hyper, stubborn, was pulling on

the leash, did not want to follow commands, would run away from the house, and was biting different

objects around the house that she was not suppose to. However, with Jerry’s intervention strategies to

help Nina’s bad behaviors worked wonders. By the fifth to sixth week Nina was able to walk side by side

with the leash with no pulling. She also was able to follow the stay, sit, and come commands, she

stopped running away from the house, and she stopped biting the furniture around the house. My

husband and I recommend Jerry as k-9 trainer because he was very helpful and very patient with our

dog. Overall, k-9 counselors are very beneficial and my husband and I recommend this program to all

those families who want to change their pet’s behaviors.
