Bella Quince & Photography

I have absolutely no complains about Bella Quinces, their work is magnificent and outstanding. My sales rep did everything in her power to make sure all my wishes came true and that the day of my pictures everything was perfect. My make up artist worked his magic that I still call him to do my make up on special occasions. The photographer noticed every detail, moved around and took pictures that came out spectacular. And of course, my album came out BEAUTIFUL!!! The whole Bella Quinces team is dedicated to make any Quinceeras dream come true!!!

Pertaining to the previous review, I wish I could retract it since I received help, but since I can't, here's a new one! I bought a beautiful wedding dress at Bella Brides (also known as Bella Quinces) in June of 2014. After moving to their newest location on LeJeune, they called me in for alterations and 2 weeks ago, when I went to pick up my dress, it had been cut 3 and 1/2 inches too short! I was devastated knowing that my dress was a discontinued model and I was only 6 weeks away from my wedding day. Unfortunately, things did not go so nicely with the store manager and clerk after I complained about having a dress with poor alterations and overall unwearable; there were things that should have not been said, therefore, I posted a very descriptive review of what had happened feeling that my voice needed to be heard. The following day I was receiving a call from the Alexis, owner of Bella Quinces, and he apologized thousands of times for the inconvenience. He was genuinely concerned about the incident and my satisfaction as a customer.. he truly wanted me to walk down the aisle with a smile from ear to ear. Alexis immediately contacted his wife Daniela to assist me with anything I needed... Daniela is a sweetheart and she was extremely helpful and patient while we tried different ways to fix my problem. In the end, I was able to get a new dress for my wedding day and I'm extremely happy that my dream will be coming true!!! I'm eternally grateful for Alexis and Daniela's appreciation for their clients... they were extremely caring and did not ignore me as anyone else would have done. They NOT only care about their business, they CARE about their customers and their priority is for you to be happy with their service. I totally recommend this location for all your wedding/quinces/prom needs... you won't be disappointed!!!!!

It is absolutely amazing. The dress are all beautiful, varying from quinceanera to wedding to just gorgeous formal gowns for any occasion. And when paired with the photography package, it all comes out to a very good deal! The staff is very helpful when picking out dresses and so easy to be around the day of the photo shoot! Overall, I am very glad I made the decision to go with Bella Quinces (:
