The absolute best service provided. A very nerve racking situation was handled with great support. Both Antonio and his team walked me through the whole matter, and were there to answer any questions that I had or if I had a concern about something. Needless to say, the fact that you need money to declare you don't have any money is a sad oxymoron. I was going through a garnishment; I was going to bite the bullet but when I contacted the company garnishing me, the amount owed was increasing due to compounding interest. In other words, that means I would be garnished forever! Bankruptcy was my only option but like most of us, we don't have a large lump sum of money laying around so I started to google "bankruptcy for less." At first, I thought "Antonio Pagan" was a scam (because the fee compared to other bankruptcy fees was so modest in comparison). I was hesitant but desperate enough to pursue. Rest assured, it was the best google search I ever came across considering the situation. He provided an itemized list of everything he needed to file the bankruptcy-Everything was done via e-mail, but when it came time to pay the flat fee bankruptcy rate, I insisted I pay in person because I was still fearful of the chances this really was a scam. I showed up to the office in Downtown Miami, paid the fee in person (although I could've paid via phone call or e-mail), he provided me with a receipt, & all I had to do was wait for the "Meeting with Creditors" date. Antonio Pagan & his team are excellent. Look no further...

Mr. Pagan was incredibly helpful and generous from the start. He always took the time to speak with me on the phone for a while and carefully explain, suggest and structure the action plan on my behalf. He honestly was concerned in making sure I could recover financial stability. Mr. Pagan would schedule a meeting when he felt I was not clear 100% on the next steps of my financial restructuring. When we would meet at his office he was (again) attentive and did not let his cell or office phone interrupt our meeting.
