Arvon & Associates In Counseling

I had to cancel an appointment with Dr. Jerome Miller because my daughter had a fever the same morning as my appointment. I called the office that morning to reschedule my appointment and no one answered. I called the following Monday and still no answer. I called on Wednesday and the assistant told me to call the doctor's cell number - which I called - no answer or call back. Two weeks later I get a charge of $70!! It took me two additional weeks to finally get in touch with the doctor and he asks me for a doctors note... REALLY? Then goes on to tell me a story about how his other clients have lied about why they canceled appointments - insinuating that I lied about my daughter being sick. He also talked about how he doesn't "handle things with the office..." What a joke! So I'm NOT supposed to CALL THE OFFICE to schedule/reschedule my appointments??? This place needs to tighten up its procedures. This is so ridiculous - they just LOST a good client.
