        Do not take this van service! ...

        Do not take this van service! Dispatcher in Miami lied about what cab fare would have been. driver was driving very aggressively, driving on the hard shoulder of the highway and honking at everyone on his way. Considering there was a baby on board, this did not stop him. He took a route that was way off way his stops and given his impatience driving he GOT INTO A CAR ACCIDENT. After half an hour waiting for a "replacement van" I took off and took a cab for my destination that ended up costing more than the trip from the airport... the company took no responsibility for this. A disgraceful and irresponsible service!

        I decided to take the American...

        I decided to take the American Shuttle from the Miami airport to my hotel in South Beach, since the taxi line was so LONG. Now I know why. The driver drove around in circles in traffic and at one point was only a block from my hotel, but turned and drove several miles out of the way before turning back. It took my 1 1/2 hours to get to my hotel. Sad thing is, there were still 4 more travelers stuck on the shuttle from he11 when I got off. Never again.
