I really don't understand why so many people have complained. I bought a 2010 E350 6 months ago and I've had no problems what so ever. During the process of buying I couldn't decide between the E350 and the suv and the salesmen were extremely helpful. They gave me car historys on both cars and answered all of my questions. Overall great experience I would definitely recommend buying a car here.
I think the best option for buying a car is Affordable Motors!!! I love my new car, I love my payments!!

My husband and I bought a car for my daughter to surprise her for Christmas and we had a very good experience. The sales man was very helpful and the manager was involved throughout the whole process. We were looking for a mercedes GLK and ended up finding the perfect one. I would definately recommend this place

I wanted a better car for years but I wasnt able to afford it because all the dealerships ill go to eveerything was so expensive. I stop looking for a car after couple weeks non-stopping. One day my friend told me about Affordable Motors I went ( expecting the same prices) and when I got there everything was so much cheaper. I bought the car of my dreams with a low interest which is really hard to find. They treated me like family. I was super happy with all the Affordable Motors crew. Thank you for helping me.. I recommend it 100%..
Here is the problem, when you have a business that has 14 complaints with the better business bureau in the last three years, that should automatically raise a red flag. I bought my vehicle back in October at what I believe was a fair price. To this date, I have incurred expenses totaling over $1,000.00 and just found out the engine had major work done. Is this Affordable Motor's fault? No, its mine, my lack of research and investigation led me to fall in the hole i'm in now. Do yourself a favor, become an educated consumer. Know that in the State of Florida there is no cool down period and that once you sign the buyers order it is considered a legal binding contract. If your doubtful or feel uncomfortable with the condition of the car, have them stipulate a temporary warranty on the buyers order for 60 days or so. I understand everybody is here to make a profit and have a prosperous business but their are rightful ways to go about it. Become an educated consumer, do your research, and happy car shopping!!!
RUN THE FARTHEST FROM AFFORDABLE MOTORS. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST CROOKS IN THE USED CAR BUSINESS. At the beginnIng of September I went in and bought a car from this place. It is the biggest scam.THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Whenever I would ask the price of a vehicle it was never given to me until they actually ran the credit and told us how much the monthly payment would be. Finally, I buy a car. At that time I gave them $2000 deposit it was $1000 cash and $1000 on my visa. Days later they call my wife and advise us to bring back the car because we were not approved for the auto loan but that they had a car that was a little more expensive. She then tells the salesman that it didn't sound right - how could he be approved for a more expensive car when he wasn't approved for the cheaper one. We then go and return the car. That's when our headache turns into a migraine with these people. They credited the Visa $1000 but they gave me a $1000 check for the cash I gave them. The check was dated 9/15/11. I deposit the check and the check comes back Insufficient Funds. We have called numerous times. We were told that one of the girls would bring us $1012.00 (the bank charge plus the $1000). Of course we are still waiting. Each time we call either the phone is busy for hours or no one answers or they can not come to the phone because they are in a meeting. Today, Nov 1, 2011, still I have no money or am able to speak to Felix or his secretary. Once again, my wife calls and is told that Felix is busy and when she asked to speak to the secretary after being on hold is told she can not come to the phone. She then left a message for Felix to return the call which I will be very surprised that he does call her back. These people are the biggest crooks I have seen. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! I AM REPORTING THESE PEOPLE TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere in this place. The salesman was extremely helpful. You can tell they're really trying to find you what you want and they're there to help because they understand buying a car is a hassle as it is especially for people like me who have a tight budget with expensive taste. But they helped me find a great car that fit my price range. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.
The prices posted on their website are inconsistent with what they tell you at the dealer. Also the information about the car features is misleading. On a recent purchase, I was told the car had AC, CD player, among other features. The CD player does not work, and the AC does not cool at all (cooling fan does not work). Additionally, the rear doors windows do not move. Do not do business with Affordable Motors.
