HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!. Was told the package would ship the next day and should be delivered within 3 days after. It's now been 10 days and the package still hasn't been delivered. I tried contacting abercargo to find out why the package still shows in warehouse status after arriving there several days before. Their excuse is that the plane was delayed.



The package was supposed to have been shipped the day after and it was shipped 5 days later. Box cleared customs within 2 days and it has been sitting in abecargo warehouse status for 3 days.



Tried to find out why it is taking so long to deliver the box and their attitude is wait until it decides to get there. Tried calling several times and all managers are either eating lunch when you call or are too busy to help you. Then, when you try to explain your situation to the person on the phone, the call usually gets dropped. What a coincidence. It's obvious that they are hanging up the phone on you and don't care about their customers.



On previous shipments someone has had to pick up the package to make sure the package was received. You pay for a service that they don't want to provide and if you complain, they don't care. I'm sure they since they must have many other complaints and they have this don't care attitude with their customers because that's how they do business.
