A Dixie Catering Barbecue Weddings

I noticed that many of the reviews on this site are from 2008, but I can assure you that they are still great in 2012! We used them for a party at our ranch for over 100 people, and they were terrific in every respect. They used high-quality hot dogs and burgers, and the chicken was great, but the ribs were to die for. ("All you can eat" ribs really means "all you can eat" with these guys. The ladies who were serving were wonderful and the rib-master was a humble guy who was an outstanding cook. Everyone raved about the ribs after the party. Speaking of "after the party," they cleaned up everything and left the place spotless from their cooking and serving. Their prices were competetive with the "other guys" but their service and food quality was well above the other caterers we have seen. We will definitely use them again!

Good food. and this is actualy a test

We used Dixie Catering for my sons birthday party in July, about 150 friends and family at tropical park. The Dixie staff set up and served the best ribs, chicken, burgers and hot dogs,corn, beans potato salad, cole slaw,drinks and dessert. Chocolate covered brownies,fresh cut fruit and cookies. My wife and I really enjoyed this party because we did not lift a hand at doing anything but be with our guests. The ribs are Danish baby backs, lots of meat great sauce rate them 10 out of 10 on the ribster scale.

They use Danish baby back ribs great taste. The service was great cooked the food at my party. The wife and I had a great time Dixie's staff did everything. I bought 10 racks of ribs to cook at a later date, they come fully cooked I put them in the frezer.
