Pistils & Petals

I have ordered flowers from them multiple times and the most recent time had an issue when they delivered a bouquet with the wrong (cheaper) flowers for my friend's birthday. Their only attempt to fix the issue (after a week of calls and negotiating and them saying they will call me back, but never did) was by demanding the flower recipient (my friend who is General Manager of a local hotel) return the bouquet of flowers (!) and only then would they replace the bouquet. I gently reminded them that they might prefer to give a partial refund or credit to me to avoid a local hotel knowing that not only did they screw up a pretty simple order, but their solution to fix it was even more ridiculous. They didn't care and only offered me a $37 credit on a $100 order. Now all my colleagues in South Beach hotels will know, and judging from the other awful reviews, everyone will probably have a similar story to tell.

Pistils & Petals only works with the very best quality of flowers and they strive to deliver complete satisfaction. Your flower arrangement will be a piece of art. I have been a fan for at least 10 years now. Don't over think it - if you want to impress, they are the ones to call.

I was in the way to dinner party and was running late. I called pistils and petals and asked for a small bouquet. They were closed but agreed to stay open and wait for me. Not only was their service above and beyond, but the flowers were beautiful and very reasonably priced. I'd recommend them very highly to anyone

Swung by here to pick up some last minute V-day flowers. While I'd love to get a delivery, just picking flowers out of their fridge was just as fun. Great selection, awesome quality, and their designs are amazing. They run a bit pricey but looks so much better than the Publix assortment of flowers.

By far the best of the best! Not the first time I've ordered arrangements from this place. The other day I went into the shop to order a couple of arrangements for my best friends birthday party and not only did they make some pretty fabulous center pieces but they also did it last min! They were a hit at the party! I highly recommend Pistils & Petals if you want quality over quantity! Also flower designer Monica was dead on with what i wanted and was a treat to work with!

These guys are lifesavers! I recently ordered an arrangement for a near and dear friend's birthday from another local florist. After a few hours and several calls to the original florists, I found out my order was never processed!? In a bind, I decided to try out Pistils and Petals. Cathy the manager was able to accommodate my very last minute request for an arrangement and have it delivered in under an hour. Score! Birthday disaster averted! The arrangement was beautiful to boot! Great customer service and great flowers!
