It's main product is the course intercultural mediation in healthcare. This is the only online course that has been designed to teach intercultural mediation to MEDICAL/HEALTHCARE interpreters. It is based on a 5 year International study that included the participation of 458 practitioners working in 25 countries.

Location

The course is provided entirely online in an asynchronous environment, so participants can undertake the course wherever and whenever they wish. There are interactive components for those that prefer a move interactive learning experience. However, the course is designed for very busy practitioners who are not always able to commit to any given schedule.
