Western Waterproofing Co

I recently called Western Waterproofing to assist me with sealing a brick a duplex. I spoke with Tim Gullett and was told he would inspect the building the next day. 2 days later there was still no word. I called back and was told he was delayed but would get out there the next morning. 2 more days went by with no reply. I called again and Tim was out so I left a message. I was called later that day by another Western employee who said he would get out to the building to inspect it and give me a quote. The weekend went by and I had to call again. I was told this person was on it and would get back to me.



Almost 2 weeks after the initial call I was informed by Western Waterproofing that they finally looked at the building and decided they were not interested in the job.



With customer service like that, I think they did me a favor.



If this is what you expect from a company then I highly recommend them to you.
