Absolutely RIDICULOUS! I will NOT be going back. Took my son for his 1st visit. It was an emergency visit and he had to have 3 teeth pulled.i was there for almost 5 hours, I was lied to by 3 different people, and he WORST part they wouldn't let me go back with my son because I had my 1 yr old with me. I asked to meet & speak with the doctor before they did anything to my son. After requesting four different times to speak to them still no one had came to talk to me. They called my son back and I told him not to go until someone came to talk to me. Finally the doctor came out. I'm sorry but the doctor should have came out as soon as she was done with him to give me the diagnosis and treatment plan and to meet me after all it was his very first appointment there.

I like that if my appointment is for 4pm I'm seen by 4pm they were great with my babies so I started coming her too they are very friendly fast and efficient

Great place kids and Adults

A good place for adults as well as kids. The hygienist was very patient and through answering all of my questions.

Wow! Two days before thanksgiving, and I was going out of town. My filing came out and Kool smile saved the day.

Know how to talk to children to make them feel comfortable. All the zoo animals keep my child occupied.

My daughter was afraid of going to the dentist from past experience. With them she is comfortable and and she walks away with a smile. The Dr's always let's you know what's going on with your kids.

Went to location on Gentilly Blvd & they told me they didn't have something to pull my tooth. They refered me to the Metairie, La location to get my sore tooth pulled out! They did a really good job & the price was wright for my low income.

The office is nice, very well equipped,... BUT .....please careful, better not go to these clinics, is full of apprentices, not treat children LIKE CHILDREN'S ,. want to behave like adults, and if they do not threaten to make them sleep for the next visit, also are very rough on the deal, not even greet the patient, is a super RUDE way to treat patients, and the the nurses desk are very rude .... I JUST SAY.. Please don't GO to this clinics... because maybe your son or daughter never want back again.. and if you love your son or princess.... don't let this NEW doctors treat your loves ones in this rude form
