Randy's Complete Conditioning

Not BBB accredited. What does that mean? You get to deal with Randy. Randy and his technicians did work on an AC unit in our condo complex. Randy and his crew purposefully capped our AC condensate line because it was connected to the downstairs units condensate drip pan, which caused it to back up. There was no consultation about this move, and when confronted he stated that he fixed his customers problem, and since I wasn't his customer it was now my problem. He threw in some extra insults and petty swipes as well throughout the conversation. I looked the company up on the Better Business Bureau of Louisiana website. Surprise! NOT BBB accredited!
I would consider purposefully sabotaging someone's AC unit malfeasance and subject to a loss of accreditation. Alas, there is no accreditation to lose. I wouldn't trust him to complete a job honestly. I have submitted other reviews and his response has been that my drain stack was "illegally" installed and somehow has intimate knowledge of a conversation that never took place with our neighbor, the person I was trying to "screw over" (Randy's words).
I had a curteous, accredited professional take care of the issue. I look forward to Randy's crass response. It will tell you everything you need to know about the business.
