Polo Run Apartments

I only lived at polo run for a few months and had so many problems! I acquired a bad cough after a month that I later found out had to do with the mold in the apts. I had to call at least twice every time to get the maint. to come out and they never finished their job! When they did, it was done halfass! I had told the maintenance twice that there were holes in the doors that needed to be fixed or replaced and after my lease ran up they had the nerve to charge me for the holes that were already there when I moved in and they never fixed!!! The total came out to be $1800. I talked to my attorney and he said they do this ALL the time! Make sure to take pictures and have the mgr sign them at move in. I never did and ended up paying the amount. There are no outside doors to the corridors so a lot of bugs get in very easily. I had cockroaches and ants in my apt. being on the first floor and they never went away after being sprayed. There was also loud music non-stop above me that was never taken care of. DO NOT rent here!!!!
