I have been to Comeaux twice since Hurricane Katrina. I spent quite a while there with my girlfriend as we both need a full house of furniture. Neither time was I able to get waited on. I did see a sofa set I liked and coffee table so I called and told them about my experience and that I needed a salesman to call me. No one did. I called again and held on the phone for a salesman. He did not have time to check to see who made the furniture so he took two guesses. He guessed it would take about 2 to 3 months to receive the furniture and that was as far as I got with him. I am disappointed as I like this set and have not seen it any where else, but am not confident in ordering from this place therefore, I still will have to continue to look elsewhere hoping to find what I want.

I will never buy anything from Comeaux Furniture for as long as I live there service is horrible. I am sure that the store manager is not aware of the type of service his employees are giving the customers. I have been waiting over 3 months for a bedroom set and sofa set. My salesman is never available and never return phone calls. I get the same story everytime I go to the store It should be here in 7 to 10 business days which has turned into 3 months.
