BEWARE!!! Almost a year later after bringing my cat in for blood work and testing this place STILL REFUSES to give me the paper work of the blood results and what was done. The staff was horrible the whole time. The most compassionate of them were the vet techs, but unfortunately they never knew any information about what was going on. Dr. Ralph claimed he would call at X time and almost never did. Most times we had to call and see how things were going. Any time questions were asked the answers were danced around and never actually got any answers. Before my cat passed (while in their care) they gave him an UNAUTHORIZED blood transfusion. Before doing ANYTHING they were supposed to call, give us updates and get our authorization. We didn't want to put our cat through unnecessary pain and if it was in his best interest to be 'let go' then that's what we wanted to do rather than making him suffer. We never got the blood work results and asked over and over for them. At one point of requesting them they said it'd be too much work! Yet, they still expect us to pay the bill. I would NEVER bring another animal there again. My cat may have ultimately had FIP where he would have passed, but that place made him suffer, never gave us answers, never told us what was going on, and were rude the whole time. Even calling to check in (which I only did once per day if I hadn't head anything) the desk clerk was a real witch to put it nicely. Wouldn't they be happy that the pet owner was concerned?! I should also note the call would be made in the later evenings when it wouldn't be the busiest or peak hours out of courtesy for them. I honestly believe they either did NOT do the blood work or they did something they weren't supposed to that they outright REFUSE to this day to give me the documents on MY pet. Any other clinic gives them to you without asking or has them prepared upon asking. NEVER again.

I am truly amazed they you people are still in business. you should be truly ashamed at what you put pet owners through. I brought my yorkie to you in the middle of the night last week and I told you that something looked wrong with her tendon. Your so called professional vet proceeded to tell me that nothing was wrong but wanted to take x-rays to be sure. of course the x-rays are freaking expensive and i have to pay everything up front. the next day the same incompetent vet called and told me the foot was broken. I got the x-rays that I paid 350.00 for and they were so bad that I had to pay someone else on top of all the vet bills i am accumulating as i am typing this to do another x-ray. funny it was half the cost that you charged me for the terrible one.
