Kirby Vacuum Cleaner Co Of Metairie

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing to complain about one of your sales rep supervisors who became extremely angry and hostile when I declined to purchase one of your Kirby Vacuum cleaners yesterday, 03OCT13. As soon as I said that I was not going to purchase the vacuum he went from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde.

This supervisor approached me in my front yard at approximately 1230 hours and asked if I would let his employee vacuum and shampoo two of my carpeted rooms, two of my tile or wood floored rooms, and two pieces of my furniture without cost or obligation. His only request was that I tell my neighbors about how good of a job they did. I originally believed that he was with a carpet/floor cleaning service.

The salesman (I don’t know the correct title) Daniel went through the demonstration until about 1600 hours. At that time I declined to purchase the vacuum cleaner. The supervisor, I do not recall his name, came back and asked something to the effect could he sign me up to be a member of the Kirby family. When I declined he became angry and hostile. He started throwing all the Kirby vacuum parts in a pile. He refused to clean up all the trash from the demonstration and even trashed my bathroom when they cleaned some of the vacuum parts there. When Daniel started to pick up all the used and dirty filters, well in excess of 100 in all, he told Daniel to stop picking them up and to only pick up the vacuum cleaner parts. He went over to one of the vacuum cleaner boxes, which had many of the dirty filters on top of the box, and threw the filters on the floor, dumping a lot of the picked up dirt back onto the floor. They both left in a van at approximately 1630 hours.

Is this acceptable behavior for your employees/representatives?!? I would like a response.
