K-9 Cuts Dog Grooming and Boarding

I HAVE BEEN TAKING KIBBLES,MY YORKIE TEACUP TO MS JUDY ON SHORES DR. IN METARIE FOR A YEAR AN A HALF NOW........Iam So Pleased With Her An All She Does For Kibbles..........Its To The Point Where I Dont Even Have To Explain What Kibbles Needs Done......Ms.Judy Already Knows What I Expect...................I Love You Ms. Judy,An I Know Kibbles Does Too...........KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK......:)

I have taken my two yorkie dogs here twice. The first time she cut their hair too short, but I took it as a beginners mistake/misunderstanding, and decided to give this place a second chance. Prior to dropping off my dogs, I sent the lady a picture of what I wanted my dogs to look like and a hand written list of things I wanted. When I returned to pick up my dogs, I saw that she shaved them the exact same way as the first time. My dogs facial hair was so short that they didn't even have any eyebrows. For example, I have a male and a female yorkie. I gave express directions to not touch the female dogs head, but she still shaved both the dogs. After confronting her about this, she blamed me saying that I did not give her any instructions and that it was my fault. I tried to compromise with her and ask for a refund on one of the two hair cuts. She became irrate and after venting, concluded the phone call by abruptly hanging up on me TWICE! Not only was I not happy with the service, or her complete lack of customer service skills, she also charged me ten dollars more for the hair cuts than the first time. I will NEVER bring my dogs back here again!!

Our Westie and Carin Terriers just LOVE staying with Ms. Judy at K9 Cuts. They get excited as soon as we drive down Shores because they know exactly where they are going. About 3 months ago, I had Angus and Jack groomed there for the first time, and after meeting Ms Judy and her co workers, I decided to give boarding a try. I have always had my dogs groomed and boarded at the vet, so this was a very big decision for me. But, after reading the reviews, and then seeing how happy my dogs were when I picked them up convinced me that I made the right decision. Ms. Judy is so nice, and she is so excited to see my pups when we arrive. My guys just don't look back when I leave. They just love being with her and the staff. I get great reports, and I know they are getting special care and attention that they don't get when they are boarded at the vet. My boys are happy, and that makes me happy. She does a wonderful job grooming them too. Keep up the great work!

Judy has been taking care of my Teddy for a few years now and always does an excellent job. Before Judy took on the job I had a groomer get stuff in his eyes that cause vets visits (end of that groomer), one where he would cower before leaving the car (no more visits there!) and once a clip so bad I didn't recognize him when I walked in the door!!!

Now Teddy is happy, I'm delighted with the clip and his attitude going to and leaving the shop!!! He even gives kisses out!

Very friendly staff , my dog was groomed beautiful, and the prices are very reasonable.I recommend K9 cuts to all my friends.

My Poodle looked great. Everyone at the shop was very nice and friendly and "Penni" gets compliments everywhere she goes. Great prices too.

The grooming parlor was very clean and fresh smelling. The attitude of the staff was welcoming and very pet friendly. I was impressed with the outcome of my pets grooming. My over all experience was gradifing. I will difinitely return to have my pet groomed.
