Finally had my lower Bleph done with Dr. Felix. Staff was extremely professional and kind. I felt more comfortable here than any other doctors office. Procedure was almost painless. Nursing staff was extremely comforting. I love that Dr. Felix prayed before the procedure. I really felt at ease. Dr. Felix's nurse, Kristi, even walked me to my car with her arm around me. The next day, Dr. Felix himself called me personally to check on me and make sure i was feeling okay. Not to mention, my results were fabulous! I moved out of the Metairie area more than 5 years ago, however I still travel here to see my dermatologist and facial plastic surgeon. Look forward to doing buisness with them in the future.

Dr. Felix, his wife Dr. Barbara and their magnificent staff always provide superior customer service in an incredible atmosphere! I am always thrilled with my results. Kristi and Betty, his nurses are always so personable and go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have had many amazing experiences with getting botox and other treatments over the past 8 years!

Dr Felix and his entire staff were very personable. They made me feel at ease with a very serious problem: malignant melanoma. I was seen the morning after I called in with possible melanoma, and diagnosed and operated on on the same day. The staff knows what's going on, what to do, where to go, and how to act when they get there!

Everything was great! I was completely satisfied.

I had upper bleph two months and I couldn't be more pleased with the results!
