Auto Glass Now

Save your money and some aggravation and stay away from this shady place.I would have given them a no star if I could. Replaced windshield due to crack. Had no water leaks before then. After replacement leaked at bottom of windshield, when brought back, they tried their old famous line that pinchweld was leaking. I had to show them where the leak was and convince them enough to look at it. Admitted that they were stingy on sealer. The technician did not know how much sealer to put and aked if I knew. At that point I asked for my money back and they refused to do that. They insisted on replacing windshield. Well leaks at top now and guess what? The pinchweld is leaking!!!! I bought it to a reputable shop and paid for a third replacement and guess what, NO LEAKS OR BAD PINCHWELD. Total ripoff artists. Avoid them at all cost, and if you dont believe, LISTEN to them when selling the glass and see what you are signing.

Damaged my passenger side rearview mirror. On yesterday I had my front windshield replaced due to a rock crack. I washed my car prior to arriving so I know this damage he to have been caused by this business. I didn't notice it when I retrieved my car but later that night I noticed the dent in my mirror. They are closed on Sunday's so I will be calling and filing a report with the Better Business Bureau(BBB) if my issue is not resolved. I should have done my research prior to coming as a few additional comments say the same thing. I guess you get why you pay for and I won't be returning my business here. Signed Displeased Nurse

My Windshield had a crack for 4 months because I could not afford to have it fixed. After saving for a while I started calling around and found the best price at auto glass now. They were real professional on the phone and I decided to take my car to their chop. The store manager was very nice and I was in and out in about an hour. I highly recommend them.

This place is terrible I just had my car detailed so I parked close to the building this crazy man yelling to move my car so I did and lo and behold the ghetto office girl started yelling so unprofessional and rude this place is a joke

The wait was tremendously long. The store manager was completely rude and after waiting 2 and a half hours they not only didn't have my glass but the store manager was rude, arrogant, and had no consideration for the customers. Calls to corporate and to distract managers were not answered. End result I took my car elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was free!!!!

the first time i got my windshield cracked, i tried a glass masters in new orleans and they did a great job. so while in metairie someone broke in my drive side door and broke the glass, i called glass masters here and they scheduled me an appointment the same day. it didnt take long to replace the new glass and they had the same great service and price. thank you!
