I tried this place for the first time yesterday and I must say......FABULOUS burgers and fries! The fries were not crisply and they were hand cut from real potatoes. It was perfectly fried. I love semi softer fries vs crispy. Also their burgers you can tell are made from real beef and it's seasoned well. The buns are cute lol. They're not your average buns...kind of uppity but still within a good price range for the quality of their food which is great quality. I should have gotten a milkshake because they use nitrogen to make them which you can watch. It's pretty cool. This place start to get packed right after 5 on Friday nights. A load of people started coming in which I assume by that time everyone's already on their way home from work or picking up their kids from school. They do have a drive-thru too so you can take their delicious food to go without having to sit in a packed place. Their burgers and fries are like no other in the New Orleans area. The only thing I could have done without is the medium rare burger. They do cook their burgers medium rare so if you're not into that, then request that your burger be cooked well done. Even for a medium rare burger, after taking a bite, I didn't even care at that point because it was just so damn good :). Going forward I'll be requesting my burger be well done though.
