Beware!!!!! Do not go to these people. They don't do their job and they get you in trouble with the IRS do to their incompetence . They tell you one thing when you're there and they change it around the next time you see them. this place is being run by the mother (which is becoming Senile ) and son and their niece. The mother and the son are always gone so they leave their incompetent niece to run the place. Only the son (Mark ) is certified to file taxes and believe me he's as cynical and ghetto as they get, Once they see they got caught not doing their job, he will threaten you and intimidate you so you won't do anything against them. My situation with them got so bad they wouldn't return my calls, I would go to their office and they wouldn't come out to talk to me, finally I told the receptionist all I wanted was my documents back and after several calls they finally release the documents to me. and some of my documents were missing and there were documents from some other businesses mixed with mine. I've heard I'm not the only one they have done this to, there are more businesses out there that they're having to deal with the IRS and paying taxes they don't owe due to their incompetence. This people need to have their license removed and shut down so they won't keep doing this. I'm looking into reporting them to the IRS or the attorney general. Something needs to be done to stop this people from destroying businesses and lives.
