Excellent communication, transparancy and very professional. David came out to our house within 24 hours of a call and quickly identified the problem. We had to order a part to fix the dishwasher and he kept in constant communication and replied to all phone calls and texts in a timely manner until the issue was resolved.

I will 100% use Morgan Appliance to fix other appliances should they need repairs.

In the current environment, parts are in short supply or not even available or backordered with ETAs that keep getting pushed out. There is nothing that the Appliance Repair provider can do until that part arrives and it is completely out of their control.

I don't understand the negative reviews here, our experience was excellent.

David is not only a great service technician, he is a great guy. He is very honest, very punctual, knows what he is doing, and is very careful to really analyze and correctly diagnose the problem and fix it. I have had many appliance repair issues with my Electrolux appliances (don't buy Electrolux unless you want lots of problems with your appliances breaking down. I'm really thankful to have found David. I am not sure why all the one stars. Give David a try and you will also wonder why the one stars. I can highly recommend David to you, without a doubt.

Horrible company and Lowe's contracted them to repair my brand new dish washer. Lowe's dish washers are horrible and this company they contracted is just as bad.

horrible horrible horrible. First repair was to a blocked defrosting tube. Water was on floor. He repaired that, hopefully. I still dont believe what he told. me. and wont know for sure until i deal with the subsequent problem that he caused. He examined my freezer gasket on my request because it had a non-critical tear. this tear had not caused any problems but since freezer under warranty i suggested a new one. Freezer door was taken off and put back on. He left the house and so did i for 2 days. When i came back it looked like it had snowed inside of my freezer which had never happened before. Being under Lowes warranty, they would not come back immediately or return my calls. They finally returned call saying gasket was in and came back to install that. Door off again. no attempt made to look at tube. Was threatened by repair guy who said that if i didnt stop talking he would leave. When he put it back together, he told me i needed a new side rail. Turned out it was just the aforementioned ice which even i could see. But not him. He then tried to put the freezer basket back in backwards, repeatedly until i asked if it needed to go in a certain way. I could see that he had it reversed. I can see that the gasket has not been installed correctly. There are ripples all around it. He then proceeded to tell me that "we" probably ruined the gasket by looking at it and that was what caused the ice storm. I know that is not true because we gently looked at it the same way i have looked at it many times before. Unless he did something to it. He said that boxes sticking off the edge of shelf probably caused damage to gasket. Again not true. Nothing was put in the freezer any differently than i normally do. Plus, he closed the freezer door and left. Then I left for two days. Nobody but HIM touched the freezer. Not to mention that he used door to haul himself off of the floor. When i came back in two days it was full of ice. He said that was because door was not sealed. if door was not sealed, it was because he did something to it. I believe he reinstalled the door incorrectly. at the minimum. I wont know until i clean it out and see if it keeps working. After the gasket is installed AGAIN, of course.

Morgan Appliance should rethink doing business with people at all. Waited for 8 hours for them to come to my house and during the entire day they never called me back. They waited the following week to call me back. His words were, "well I called you back didn't I." Like it was a privilege that he did so. Rude customer service. Incompetent business model.

If it were possible I'd give Morgan Appliance a half star. First time serviceman came out said it was the igniter on our gas dryer that needed to be replaced, that didn't fix it so then it was the control panel.

Well they came out to install the control panel today and told me it was fixed and heating fine.

The man leaves and I go to dry a load of clothes and the dryer still isn't heating. I tried to call the technician back on his cell to let him know and no answer, I call Morgan Appliance main number and no answer, so I leave a message and nobody even calls back. Every time we call and leave a message over the last week and a half, we never get a return call. I informed Lowe's because Morgan is who does the warranty repair work on Samsung dryers, even Lowe's couldn't get a hold of them. I'm sorry but this is not how you run a business, no response to customers and not fixing the problem. I guess it's just warranty work so it's no big deal to them. BBB is my next stop.

Morgan Appliance Service is an excellent company. David has been our service tech everytime we have called and he is excellent. He is punctual (told me he would be at my home between 10-12 and was there at 10:00). He can diagnose the problem quickly and he gets the repair done. I am very pleased and highly recommend Morgan Appliance Service.

I was sent to this business by Whirlpool to have my double oven repaired for excessive noise and vibration under warranty. I was a little worried about the service I was going receive after reading these reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. David was my technician, and he knew almost immediately what the issue was, fixed it, answered all of my questions, and per my request wrote out a report for me. Will definitely use them again if I run into an appliance issue.

I purchased a washer and dryer from home depot april 2014. I called the manufacture because we had been having a off and on heating problem since day one. This company came out , spent 5 seconds holding a thermometer to the back of unit said it was working fine. It was a problem with my vent. Thing is I just had the vent looked at prior to them coming out. It is brand new from dryer to the outside, no clog. They were very Unprofessional and completely obvious they did not want to be here. The guy kept saying it wasnt his problem. Well after speaking with Whirlpool, it is your problem now.

Horrible service, extremely rude

Bought a washer and dryer (Admiral Brand) from Home Depot over the weekend, they delivered/installed and left. I ran one cycle through the washer and noticed it was leaking a clear fluid. I called to get a repair guy out to look at it. The owner of the repair company (Morgan Appliance Services) shows up and from the introduction on, it is clear that he doesn’t want to be here. He slouches through my home with his tool kit bumping the couch, shelves, and dog gate. Once there he complains that the dryer is in the way and that I need to unhook it to give him an area to work. When I tell him that I don’t have the tools to disconnect he says I can go through his tool belt and find the necessary equipment, the whole time reinforcing his point that he’s here only to work on the washer not move appliances. So, now a little irked, I find a screwdriver and disconnect the heater vent hose from the dryer and slid it out of his way, the whole time hearing him complain about the jobs he has to do etc. Once I’m done I say in a jokingly manner, “there now was that so difficult to do?” he then tells me that if he is going to try and repair the unit that I will have to leave the kitchen area because of my snide attitude. I’m like you have to be kidding; I’m not going to be told to leave a room in my own home. He gives me an ultimatum either I leave the room or he leaves without repairing the dryer. At this point I am a little agitated but I’m still willing to look past his rude behavior and refused to leave my kitchen. He says “FINE! What’s your name and are you the son or the husband?” I give him my name and inform him that I’m the husband, and he then picks up his tools and starts to leave in a bumbling fumbling manner bumping everything on his way out. I’m like “wow, you won’t be in business long with an attitude like that” and as he’s walking down the sidewalk in my yard he turns and says he’s been in business for 34 or something years and that I wasn’t the first smartass he’d encountered. I was so shocked that I literally laughed a little to myself, I can’t believe what customer service has come to. I’m sure there are thousands of local repair guys and I get the overweight retiree Mr. Entitlement that doesn’t want to lift a finger to do his job properly. What if my wife was home, she wouldn’t have been able to move that dryer. Would he have just left refusing to work on our washer?

I strongly urge “whomever” to use or request another service provider; one that is willing to do the work with a great attitude and respectful of the customer and the customer’s property.

Lowes referred me to this comp...

Lowes referred me to this company to fix a broken part on my diswasher. The repairman came and put in a new part and said it worked. Several days later when I tried to do a load I realized it was not working. When I called Walker's and told them it was not working they intimated it was my fault because I had not called earlier and I told them I don't have the dishwasher full that often so I had not used it. I was then told that the repairman said I had trash, dog feces and urine on the floor making it impossible to fix the dishwasher. That was a complete lie and they told me to call somebody else and hung up on me. I would never use this company. They are RUDE and do not stand behind their work.

Very Rude

I called needing to find out about getting a repair done. I bought a used fridge from a third party and found out it had a "freon tap" on it. I called Morgan and asked about it and when I started asking more questions I got very politely told that another repairman had no idea about what he has doing and then got hung up on. I did not get any kind of quality information or help from this company. poor poor customer service.
