        DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS! Today I went into the Mesquite location near Town East Mall and I witnessed first hand one of the employees completely rip off a customer over the phone. The employee told the customer over the phone that the person had one terabyte of storage on his laptop and then said that they do not have them in stock so they will have to order it. Now the person on the phone obviously did not have much knowledge of storage space because he then proceeded to explain the difference and trying to get the person to downgrade to a 500 gigabyte hard drive since they already had it in stock.

        It does not matter if you have the product in stock or not, as a computer business you should not try to get someone to downgrade their hardware just because it's convenient to the business. If a person comes in to get their product fixed, you should ALWAYS try to give the customer an improved version of what they brought in, not force them to downgrade for your convenience.

        These guys are great! Trust them with all my repairs! I had originally taken my computer somewhere else to have a virus removed, well that place wiped it clean and lost all of my pictures! Computer Guys not only removed the virus, they were able to salvage all my lost stuff! Great job guys!

        I love these guys!!! My son is Autistic and cannot live without his PC !! Anytime it goes down these guys have it up and running in no time at all !!! They fix it quick and it doesn't empty my wallet. They keep both Mom and son from going insane !!!!!

        I had received a really nasty aggressive virus on my Laptop and had taken it to several repair shops for a quote most places wanted to charge me over a $100 and couldn't guarantee they could save my valuable documents and on top that would keep have to keep it several Days.. I found this shop just passing by with a sign $45 virus removal sure enough it was a flat rate fee The Technician Cipi was very helpful and explained the process assured me that they would not delete my stuff and had it ready at the end of the Day ..Very Happy Future Customer!
