Bestway Rental

Will try to have you charged for Theft of Service if you fall behind on payments...BEWARE. That is the most important part. Now, paid faithfully; however, ran into some problems, so, I called to tell them when I could pay, but was told they could not wait. However, on the date I mentioned...the day the could not wait to....they charged my card without authorization. This after they called me every single day. I have had credit troubles in the past so this was an easier way to get things I wanted despite the ridiculous prices, but from now on...I will just do without of find another way.

This is the WORST store the company has. The employees there act like a bunch of juvinile delinquents Especially Derick and Jeremy, they do NOT have ANY customer service skills at all, they will talk to you like your trash and dont care if it looses business for their company. They do not know how to TALK to people on an adult level and they are very poor and lack skills in the customer service department... I would NEVER recommend this particular store to ANY one not even my worst enemy! its like that store has a bunch of little idiot felons with anger managment issues working there. The Garland store has the skills and professionalism that it takes to keep customers and keep them happy. I give the Mesquite location a star rating of negative 5....
