All-Clear Pool Service

Came out for warranty service - barely there 5 minutes before leaving saying the repair wouldn't be covered so there was "no point in wasting my time". Wasting HIS time?? Bo didn't even attempt to try anything at all and was rude when I tried to ask a simple question. Can't imagine how these folks stay in business.

Performed warranty service on our pool pump. Installed a rebuilt motor which is now making a horrible sound after just a couple of months. Can't get them back as noise is not covered in the warranty. Guess who is not going to be allowed to do the next warranty work.

It would not allow zero stars...so please disregard the one star rating! Do NOT use! HORRIBLE customer service! Was given the run around for a week, kept saying they would be out the next day. When I would call, they would not give me an ETA. When I said I needed to go to work so a time of arrival would be nice, was told "Just go on and leave, and when I get there we will take care of it" They have no concept of customer service, I do not know how they remain in business.
