Worldwide RV

Just want to give a shout out for Jeff and the credit he is to your organization. We first met him a couple months back when we were looking to upgrade to a Jayco pull trailer from our current 5th wheel. Since that time, our needs have changed and we are now looking at a Class C or Class A. Jeff took the time today to give us a test ride and patiently reviewed the entire Jayco line that might satisfy our needs. He did this all while waiting to delivery a trailer to another customer coming in shortly after we arrived. He took the time to listen to our needs and only show us what fit those needs. He also answered our many questions honestly and knowledgably. You can be assured that if Jayco offers a product that solves our need, Worldwide will get our business. Jeff is a valuable asset to your firm and represents you well to the public. He is a rare individual in the RV business.

From the first time I walked in the World Wide RV dealer on 4660 E. Main St in Mesa, AZ 85205 I was greeted with hospitality I haven't seen in a long time. The service manager (Bobby Barbary) was very informative and he showed me what was wrong with my motorhome, the tech who did the work, he was very knowledgeable in the repairs of the motorhome, Excellent work was preformed. The Service Advisor (Tiffany Brandl) kept me in formed, and helped me with the paper work for my insurance co. Scott Lampshire Parts Consultant helped me locating parts for my unit, excellent parts store and service. All in All I was very pleased with the service and the repairs that was done to my motorhome, Thanks everyone, you can count on me coming back for service. Jeff was a real professional, at the same time down to earth, and we learned a lot from him on RVing and Jayco in particular. Your staff there, from Rick and later Chet, helped us on decisions about financing and extended warranties.

Cordell was our sales rep and he was wonderful. He is well informed about his products and could explain features and differences in models. He was not high pressure or pushy. But his knowledge of the Jayco trailers was obvious the way he answered questions. It has been a great experience and we look forward to picking up our new RV!

So disappointed in this place! I bought a 2008 Montana 5th wheel and was told that it came with a 90-warranty. Do you think I could get anybody to fix anything? HA! The time I did manage to get someone out to repair something that should have been done before it was ever delivered, it was a fight! DO NOT trust what they tell you because they will say anything to make the deal but will not stand behind it. Don't be fooled! Go somewhere else!
