Silver Sand Trailer Park

New managment,very sweet lady. Maintenance man ,there is only one,who is over worked and under paid, will go out of his way to help you in anything you need. Great place to visit, or stay. Pool and the people are so nice. Beautyfull scenery. Roads are rough, but what do you expect from a old park whos owner didnt want it. Park is for sale. New manager weeded out the good people from the bad. Great bunch of people live here year round who help each other with anything they may need. Great home.

Managers are drug addicts and dealers they have moved in so many of there drug addict friends i have seen them selling drugs to kids tht walk through from the apartments behind the park its all so not up on the codes for the city they leave ur rent notices on the doors instead of knocking on the doors the manager is also not licensed to be a manager the park looks like garbage they dont keep up on the weeds or any of the cleaning up in the park sewer smells all over the parkand an all around bad poor attitude from the manager and clean up boy would not recommend this park to any one

Look around--Park is not kept up, Roads are no longer pavement, water gets turned off for hours at a time with no notice, sewer smells and someone steals your gas from your vehicle in the night (Not once but many times)--What would I tell anyone looking to stay here?? Run and find someplace else-ANYPLACE else!
