        My Fitness Studio is a 3,100 square foot personal training and RealRyder cycling class studio. We provide personal training in a non-intimidating environment where even the most timid of clients feels comfortable. We make sure our RealRyder cycling classes are always fun and entertaining so often times you don't even feel like you're exercising. You burn calories, engage muscles and enjoy yourself all at the same time.

        My Fitness Studio is a personal training and RealRyder indoor group cycling class studio. We offer indoor group cycling classes on unique & revolutionary RealRyder cycles that tilt, lean and move unlike any other indoor bike. Burn more calories and engage more muscles on our RealRyder cycles all while listening to great music with awesome instructors. Your first RYDE is free so come experience the RealRyder revolution. We offer the ability to reserve a RealRyder online so you won't have to arrive early to class. We never charge a monthly membership fee so you have nothing to lose but some sweat and a few pounds!We also offer personal training to fit your needs, schedule, budget and personality. Our certified personal trainers will create a customized workout plan for you as well as a customized nutrition plan. They will keep you motivated and assure your workouts are effective.

        My Fitness Studio is a great gym, I love that they have the real ryder spin class which is no ordinary spin class. These Real Ryder bikes give you a such a workout and are far better than any stationary spin bikes. The staff here are all great and personable. It is an above average gym with great knowledgeable staff. It is worth a try and you will definitely meet all of your fitness goals.

        I love this studio!!! I saw t...

        I love this studio!!! I saw the RealRyder cycles at a fitness conference and I feel in love with them. When I found out "My Fitness Studio" opened and they had the RealRyder bikes and there were no gym membership fees, all you do is pay for your rides. I was SOLD. Once you take a ReayRyder class and see the GREAT workout you get you will LOVE IT!

        My Fitness Studio is AWESOME!!...

        My Fitness Studio is AWESOME!!! I love the RealRyder spin class they have. I have been taking spin classes for years and I burn more calories on these bikes, get a great a total body workout, never get bored and the instructors are THE BEST!!!!! Once you try these bikes you will be hooked!!!!!!
