First Convenience Bank (FCB)

I went to the location on Stapley. Thier change machine was down I was trying to deposit change. They told me there was nothing they could do for me come back at around 3 to see if it's fixed. Contacted the customer service they told me they can't accept loose change and to roll it. I rolled my change then came to this location. I walked up to the counter let the teller know I needed to deposit the change into my account she then rolled her eyes and told me they don't accept rolled change from customers. I informed her I spoke to customer service and that they do. She then told me she would have to open all the rolls. So they don't accept loose change but then when you roll it they have to go threw and reopen it all anyway. I really liked this bank up until today customer service has gone from great to poor really fast and seems like every teller doesn't want to take the time to assist every customer no matter what thier problem is. Looking for a new bank now.
